Hi, I’m Natalie, the owner of Virtual Nat! I’m based in the North of England, where I live with my family. In 2020, I decided to transition from running a product-based e-commerce business to becoming a Virtual Assistant.
Before starting my VA business, I spent 8 years running a creative, handmade artisan e-commerce brand. My journey, from corporate roles to e-commerce to VA work, has shaped my skills and expertise, allowing me to offer tailored VA services that meet your business’s unique needs. Whether you work with me personally or one of my small, skilled team members, we each bring our own strengths and passions for supporting small businesses.
My background in running a product-based business gave me a solid foundation to understand the support small business owners need.
A bit about my previous business: I built a successful brand selling personalised biscuit sets, cake decorations, wedding stationery and accessories, as well as home decor. I started in a retail space with a small bakehouse and gift shop, offering bespoke celebration and wedding cakes, as well as hosting events like baby showers and children’s parties. Luckily, I moved out of the premises in 2019, just before the pandemic hit. It was certainly a diverse range of offerings!
At Virtual Nat, we’re happy to collaborate with clients from all sectors and industries. We specialise in e-commerce site creation and maintenance, diary and inbox management, web design and management, social media, membership management, and creative support. Of course, we also handle general administrative tasks and are open to discussing how else we can assist your business.
