My business journey started long before Virtual Nat existed. For 8 years, I ran a creative, handmade artisan e-commerce brand selling personalised biscuit sets, cake decorations, wedding stationery and home décor. I had a retail space, a bakehouse, a gift shop, and was hosting baby showers and children's parties. I was doing the thing, living the dream, and learning every single day what it actually takes to run a business from the ground up.

When I made the decision to close that chapter and transition into business support work in 2020, I brought every bit of that experience with me. The late nights, the product photography, the Etsy listings, the customer emails, the website updates, the spreadsheets: I've done all of it. Which means when I sit down to support your business, I'm not just ticking tasks off a list. I genuinely understand what you're going through.
