Benella Home Organisation is run by Jo Jacob, an award-winning Professional Organiser with over 21 years of experience and the UK's most trusted downsizing and home moving expert — helping busy professionals, families, and home movers across Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex organise their homes, paperwork, photographs, and life transitions with calm, confidence, and clarity.

This project focused on bringing Jo's expertise to a wider audience through the creation of a fully built-out sales page for her Complete Moving & Downsizing Course. Designed to convert visitors into students by clearly communicating the course's value and guiding them seamlessly from interest to purchase. The sales page was crafted to feel as warm and reassuring as Jo's in-person service, with a persuasive, structured layout that speaks directly to the overwhelm her clients feel when facing a move or downsize.

Behind the scenes, the project went beyond design; integrating Wix automations to handle the course journey end-to-end, from enquiry and payment through to course access. Visitor and payment pages were designed and linked directly to the online Wix course, creating a smooth, professional experience that works for Jo as much as it does for her students.
